RS PRO Counterpart for Electro Magnets

From our proven RS PRO range come these magnet counterparts. They are armature plates that electromagnets can clamp onto. Their fixing holes are sized to suit both energise-to-hold and energise-to-release electromagnets.

Their high-quality steel with nickel plating gives them durability. Nickel is also highly corrosion-resistant, so they're protected from wear-and-tear. This all comes in a super-compact, lightweight design that's only 15 g and measures 25 mm in diameter.

Complying with EU directives and RoHS certified, these counterparts have no hazardous substance present in a concentration of greater than 0.1%. They’ve also been shielded from dangerous electrostatic discharges during handling and package. Counterparts are commonly used in magnetic locking systems like those found on security doors.
