The Alliance Memory Low power CMOS static random access memory is organized as 65,536 words by 16 bits and is fabricated using high-performance, reliable CMOS technology. It features stable standby current across the operating temperature range. The device includes embedded error-correcting code (ECC) capable of correcting single-bit errors per byte.
