JWPF series 2.2 mm pitch wire to wire waterproof IP67 rated connectors consisting of receptacle and tab housings. These JWPF waterproof connectors have a compact design with an overall size of just 30.2 mm when mated making them ideal for use in small applications. Both receptacle and tab housings have solid rubber rear seals at the wire side that provide IP67 waterproof protection and contribute towards the compact design. The tab housing also features a contained facial seal that provides complete sealing at the mating side offering protection against moisture, dust, dirt and scratches. These JWPF 2.2 mm waterproof connectors feature spring action housing-to-terminal locks with internal lances or terminal locks built into the housing to retain the contacts. The terminal locks also offer smooth contact insertion with a low insertion force. As the locking lances are contained inside the housing lanceless contacts are used which are less prone to damage and distortion. Having an internal contact locking system within the housing also eliminates contact back-out. The housings of these JWPF 2.2 mm connectors also feature an inner housing lock that secures the tab housing to the receptacle housing preventing accidental disconnection. As it is protected on both sides the internal lock not affected by external forces caused by wire re-routing. These JWPF tab and receptacle housings are supplied with all the seals pre-assembled.

These JWPF waterproof connectors are designed for use in applications where space is at a premium and resistance to water ingress of at least IP67 rating is required.
