The Microchip UCS3205 is 5A, 22V bi-directional load switch with Fast Role Swap (FRS) capability, configurable over-current limiting, configurable auto-recovery or latch off fault response, over-voltage lockout, back-voltage protection, slew rate control, quick output discharge and a scaled analog output of the forward current passing through the switch. In addition, it has a thermal shutdown feature. This device is perfect for USB power delivery port management applications, supporting up to 5A at 20V for 100W power delivery specified loads.
