The Keysight technologies oscilloscope software bundle is a product that enables multiple options at once. It is licenced for 3000T X-series oscilloscope. The purchaser receives an entitlement certificate with the instructions and certificate number needed to generate a license file for a particular 3000T X-series oscilloscope model number and serial unit number.
