Toshiba TC78H660FTG(O,EL), Brushed Motor Driver IC 16-Pin, QFN

The Toshiba dual H Bridge driver IC that incorporates DMOS with low on-resistance in output transistors. It can control two DC brushed motors or one stepping motor.
