FH23 Series 0.3 mm LIF (low insertion force) FPC connectors with a low profile 1.25 mm above the board design which accepts 0.2 mm thick FPC. These FH23 series LIF FPC connectors have a simple to use rotating flip-lock actuator which allows easy insertion of the FPC and provides a reliable connection. When the actuator is fully closed, it produces a tactile click to confirm it is firmly locked in place. The LIF contacts of these FH23 FPC connectors are designed to hold the FPC in position once it is inserted allowing the actuator to be closed. This feature eliminates the need to hold the FPC in place manually. The SMT terminations are staggered on 0.6 mm centres at the front and back for easy PCB mounting. The bottom of the connector is insulated without any exposed contacts allowing the connector to be mounted over conductive traces on the PCB. The flat TOP of these FH23 0.3 mm LIF FPC connectors allows pick-up with vacuum nozzles. These FH23 FPC connectors are halogen free in accordance with IEC61249-2-21
