Introducing the series of D cell battery holders from Yuasa. Designed to be used with the Yuasa Ni-Cd D Rechargeable Battery Packs, holds batteries securely and has the potential to be mounted in a general-purpose enclosure, junction box or storage unit.
D cell battery holders from Yuasa are available in two options to choose from:
• D cell single end cap; RS stock no: 707-4960 (compatible with Single D Or Single D Cell Stick Battery Packs)
• D cell double end cap; RS stock no: 707-4979 (compatible with 4DH4-0L5, 4DH4-0LA5, 6DH4-0L5, 6D4-0LA5, 8DH4-0L5, 8DH4-0LA5 style battery packs)

Typical Applications:
Battery holders are plastic cases with a shape of the housing moulded as a compartment that accepts battery or a separate plastic end caps for installing on both ends of a battery. Holders can be fitted with spring contacts for easy battery installation and removal.
