RS PRO Lithium Thionyl Chloride AA Battery 3.6 V


This high energy density lithium-thionyl chloride battery from RS PRO delivers extended performance in a small package. It's ideal for powering low-current applications such as alarms, timers or meters. A low self-discharge rate of 1% a year at +20˚C ensures long-term performance and it's fitted with tag terminals for safe soldering.

The battery's full-sealing structure allows you to store it for more than 15 years without any deterioration. The wide range of operating temperature is another benefit of this kind of battery, as it performs safely between -55˚C and +85˚C. The chemistry of lithium-thionyl chloride also makes it a great choice for setups requiring low power consumption and minimal servicing. This standard AA-sized battery will power many kinds of device, from security equipment to military hardware.
