ARISO Contactless Receiver
From TE Connectivity, these ARISO contactless connectors present a quantum leap in connectivity solutions. Unlike traditional cable connectors, ARISO contactless connectors use magnetic coupling between transmitter and a receiver, and are able to transfer data and power, not just across air, but also through obstructions such as oil and water. This results in a connection that is highly resistant to harsh environments, and highly suitable for dusty or wet conditions.
Due to the dynamic tuning of these connectors, the connection is able to maintain despite shifts in movement, whether it be angular, rotational or a degree of variable distance. This results in a connection that is highly resistant to vibration.
With none of the wear and friction presented by traditional contacts, these contactless connectors have a very high service life, and present a whole new range of applications and possibilities.
