RS PRO High Density ESD Foam 1000mm(W)x 1m(L)

RS Pro high density ESD foam provides pin and component protection to sensitive components. With its ESD properties you’re safe to put any component on this foam. It’s an effortless foam so you can just push your component onto the foam and know it will stay secure and not tumble around in packaging.

This conductive foam meets the surface resistance required as per EN 61340-5

• Surface resistance of 1 x 10² ≤ 1 x 10⁵Ω
• Volume resistivity of ≤ 2.5 x 102 Ω
• Holds components with pins easily
• Non-corrosive even at elevated temperatures and humidity
• Component can pierce through foam to stack multiple foam pieces.

This ESD foam is mainly used in ESD (Electrostatic discharge) safe workspaces and other places where you are handling sensitive components. Our reliable ESD foam is brilliant in packaging components to keep them secure in transit or storing them.
