Vishay optocoupler with a photo triac output VOM160, VOM3052, VOM3053 and BRT21 series Isolate low-voltage logic from 120Vac, 240Vac, and 380Vac lines to control resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads including motors, high current thyristors or triac, solenoids and relays.

VOM160,VOM3052 and VOM3053 photo triac output optocouplers provide up to 3750 Vrms of voltage Isolation.

The Vishay optocouple consists of a phototriac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 6-lead plastic dual inline package. The non-zero crossing functionality enables full wave control. Featuring galvanic and electrical noise isolation, the output is able to directly switch AC loads or drive medium to high power TRIACs.
