RS PRO PT100 RTD Sensor, 6mm Dia, 100mm Long, 3 Wire, Probe, Classe A +250°C Max

This RTD (resistance temperature detector) temperature sensor from RS PRO is designed for measuring the temperature inside a tank or container. The probe attaches to a standard half-inch gas connector on the side of the tank with the probe extending 100 mm into the tank. The cable gland on the rear of the control box is designed to be held away from the side of the tank for clearance and protection against thermal damage.
As it's an RTD-type sensor, this system offers a much faster and more accurate measurement than a thermocouple, making it ideal for use in situations where a fast response is required. The broad temperature sensing range of -50°C to +250°C makes it suitable for a variety of demanding industrial applications.
