The Trenz electronic is an industrial-grade Xilinx Zynq-7030 System on the module with 4MGT links, a gigabit Ethernet transceiver, 1Gb DDR3 SDRAM, 32Mb SPI flash memory for configuration and operation. It has powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. The rugged high-speed stacking strips provide a large number of configurable I/Os All this on a tiny footprint, smaller than a credit card. It is used for industrial applications.
