The Testec is active differential oscilloscope probe enables a conventional oscilloscope to display and measure in-circuit waveforms that are referenced to high common-mode voltages. It is capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1000V ac and 1400V ac/dc. It supports bandwidths up to 25MHz.
By selecting attenuation ratio 1:10, this oscilloscope probe can measure signals below 70V to get higher resolution and less noise. Or else, set the attenuation to 1:100 when measuring signals up to 700 V dc
