Microchip Technology Microcontroller

The Microchip technology ATMEGA family type, TQFP package, surface mount 100-pin AVR RISC-based 8-bit microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5 V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 16MHz and features 256kb ISP flash program memory, 8kb of internal SRAM and 4kb of EEPROM. It has 86 programmable I/O lines. The microcontroller has a real-time counter, six flexible timers/counters with compare modes, PWM, 4 USARTs, a byte-oriented two-wire serial interface and a 16-channel 10-bit A/D converter. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the device achieves a throughput approaching 1MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and processing speed.
