RS PRO Steel, Hex Bolt

Introducing the range of RS PRO Step Bolts, a high-quality fastener solution for heavyweight applications such as being used as climbing steps on communication and utility poles and towers. Each fastener is made from steel with a zinc coating, making them much more cost-effective than their stainless-steel counterparts, while still offering a high level of protection against surface rust and oxidisation.

Step bolts are designed with wider, lower profile round heads and often have a square neck design. The square neck prevents it from turning ensuring a more secure grip, and when tightened, it’s essentially like torquing up a nut.
