What is RS Contact Number?
To make your purchase experience seamlessly with RS. We will provide every customer an unique Contact Number.

If you have previously placed an order online with RS, you will have a RS Contact number issued to you. However, with the recent system enhancements, all customers will be issued with a new 8 digit RS Contact number.

Where can I see my new RS Contact number?
Customers who have registered using RS Contact number earlier can see their New Contact number in the ‘My Account’ area.

Log in and go to My Account and click on My profiles.
