The DS1624 is a digital thermometer with on-chip user-accessible EEPROM memory. Temperature is supplied as a 12-bit value.

Temperature measurement range: -55 to +125°C
Accuracy: ±0.5°C from 0 to +70°C
256Byte EEPROM
Communication: Serial I²C bus
Supply voltage: +2.7V to +5.5Vdc
