The Isabellenhutte BVR-Z-R0002-1.0 is 4-terminal precision resistor series from BVR has a chip size of 4026 with heavy copper connections ideally suited for mounting on DBC/IMS substrate. The resistance of BVR-Z-R0002-1.0 is 0.2meghaΩ, with a TCR of 20 ppm/K. The Isabellenhutte BVR series from Isabellenhutte offers a continuous current load up to 160A (0.0002Ω), with excellent long term stability and is AEC-Q200 qualified. It has Applications such as Current sensor for power hybrid applications, High current applications for the automotive market, Frequency converters, Power modules.
