RZ/T1 Microprocessors

Renesas RZ/T1 devices are 32-bit microprocessors from within the RZ family of embedded processors. Featured is a 600 MHz ARM Cortex-R4 core which offers real-time processing. The high-speed and responsivity of RZ/T1 microprocessors are well suited to industrial applications.
