Ordering
How do I order online?
You can do this in two ways, by going to the Family pages or Product Pages and clicking on the ‘Add to Order’ button, or going straight to the My Basket page and entering your RS stock numbers within it.
Step 1: Order Basket Page
Enter the RS Stock Number and quantities that you require. Choose between 'RS delivery' or 'Self collection'. If 'RS Delivery' is selected, choose between 'Same Day Despatch' or 'Forward Orders'.
Step 2: Delivery Details
Select a delivery address for RS to deliver to.
Step 3: Payment Options
Select your preferred payment option
Step 4: Review your order
Here you will have a final opportunity to review your order before placing it with us by clicking on the Submit button.
Step 5: Order placed
You will see the confirmation page with the RS Online Reference Number as well as your reference number
Other useful tips for quicker ordering
If you’ll be ordering the same items frequently, consider Creating a Parts List to save time.
Alternatively you can type in or copy your part numbers from excel files using 'Quick Order' from the navigation bar on the
page.
Can I get a discount on my large orders?
Yes, if you have a bill of materials we have a dedicated Quotation Team who can help save you money through negotiated discount.
You can request discount on your large orders either by uploading or create a quote within the ‘My Quotes’ section of ‘My Account’ and select 'NEGOTIATE on large orders over THB10,000' once your quote has been returned.

Can I set up a blanket order?
We can set up a single order number for you to place a number of orders against, with a spend control, set by you.
Tell us your order limit (i.e., maximum spend) over a specified time and we will log all your transactions with us. We will inform you once you have reached your limit.
