Analog Devices CN0343 Ultrasonic Distance Sensor Evaluation Board

The Analog Devices EVAL-CN0343-EB1Z evaluation board demonstrates a self-contained distance sensor that utilizes an ultrasonic transmitter and sensitive analogue receiver in conjunction with a precision analogue micro-controller to provide distance measurements. The measurement range is approximately 50 cm to 10 m with a resolution of about 2 cm. Temperature compensation is provided by the integrated temperature sensor and ADC contained in the microcontroller. Typical applications include fluid level sensing or distance sensing between solids.
